What is a Person Resource

One of the simpliest resources to describe is a Person. A Person resource can be used to describe any individual or group of individuals. This includes an organization such as a research group, institute or university. The only required elements for a Person resource are a resource ID and an organization name. Often, other elements are included in order to provide a more complete description.

The most basic Person resource description can describe an organization:
